to show your vehicle for you. No more ads in the
paper, waiting by the phone or strangers coming
to your home when you let us show your vehicle.
- How It Works
Please contact a Sales Professional at 281-807-9233 for a free
consultation to assist you in selling your vehicle. We sell all types of
vehicles and have different marketing technique's depending on what it
is you are interested in selling.
- We provide an information sheet to display in your windshield
with all of the vehicle's standard information
and features.
You provide us with all of the information that
you want the buyer to have. If you need help
pricing your vehicle, we will provide you with
the NADA vehicle evaluation.
- We will photograph your vehicle and
put it on our website.
We will post your vehicle's information
along with 6 photographs of both the exterior
and interior of the vehicle on our website,
providing interested buyers with information
24 hours a day. Your vehicle will be posted
on the website within 2 business days. You
will be able to provide your e-mail address
and phone number if you would like to make
it available for a buyer to contact you with
any questions (optional).
- We will contact you when there is an
interested buyer to sell your vehicle.
We are not directly involved in the
final sale of your vehicle; however, you can
use our office on the premises to complete
any transactions. We will put the buyer in
contact with you to set up the final details.
Boat & RV Storage Facility
Owner Sells of Texas also offers both covered or uncovered boat and RV storage. Covered storage is 40' X 15' with open front. The storage area is gated with coded access by keypad.
Pricing for covered spaces:
12 month lease: $125/month
6 month lease: $150/month
3 month lease: $175/month
If you must break your lease for any reason, you will be billed one additional month from the date of departure.
Pricing for uncovered spaces:
0' - 20': $30/month
20' - 30': $40/month
30'+: $50/month
Security Information
We do our best to ensure that your car is safe
from theft or damage; however, we are not responsible
should that occur. Your insurance will cover
your vehicle while it is parked in our lot. We
have security lights and a
gated facility that is locked any time we are
not open for business.
